1) Il prezzo dell'appartamento o camera e' per persona ?
NO il prezzo si riferisce all'appartamento o camera per le persone e per le notti indicate al momento della prenotazione; eventuali persone che si aggiungono devono essere concordate prima per verificare la possibilità di aggiungere il letto.
2 )Sono ammessi animali ?
Si gli animali sono ammessi solo di piccola taglia e solo in alcune strutture , vi preghiamo di avvisarci per tempo.
3) Il nostro aereo/treno arriva tardi ?
Il servizio di check-in e' garantito fino alle 20.00 pm, pero' avvisando con anticipo si può concordare il ricevimento in altri orari o vi preghiamo di avvisare sempre come potete se siete in ritardo.
4 ) Come ritiriamo le chiavi ?
Quando prenotate riceverete dal nostro ufficio prenotazione il ‘' voucher'' di conferma con il nominativo della persona incaricata ad incontrarvi a Venezia, sara' proprio questa persona a contattarvi almeno 15 giorni prima del vostro arrivo a Venezia . Verrete accompagnati all'appartamento per la consegna delle chiavi e il pagamento della cifra rimanente . Fateci tutte le domande che ritenete saremo lieti di aiutarvi .
5) La cucina e' completa di tutto ?
Tutte le cucine presenti nei nostri appartamenti sono complete di pentole, posate, piatti, bicchieri e tazze oltre e quant' altro necessario per il vostro soggiorno.
6) Devo portarmi lenzuola o asciugamani ?
No l'appartamento, o le camere, sono fornite di lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani in base al numero degli ospiti.
7) Se dovessi aver bisogno di qualcosa durante il soggiorno?
Contattate la persona che vi ha accompagnato in appartamento al vostro arrivo che cercherà di soddisfare le vostre richieste.

1. Is the price quoted per person?
No, the quoted price is per night for room or apartment and for the persons registred at the moment of the reservation.
2. Are animals allowed in the apartments?
Yes, but only in a few apartments and we ask you to inform us if you have any pets in due time.
3. What happens if our plane/train is late?
Check-in is guaranteed until 11.30 hrs but we ask you to inform us of any delays.
4. How do we collect the keys?
When you make your reservation you will receive a voucher which will have the name of the person who will be meeting you on arrival in Venice and this person will contact you at least 15 days before your arrival in Venice. You will be accompanied to the apartment where you will be given the keys once you pay the remaining balance. If you have any other queries feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.
5. Is the kitchen complete with all appliances?
All the kitchens are equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups and all that is necessary for your sta
6. Do I have to bring sheets and towels?
No, the apartment is supplied with sheets, blankets and towels for the amount of guests arriving.
7. What if I need something else during my visit?
Contact the person who accompanied you to the apartment and he will try to accommodate your requests.
